It always amazes me how, to many people, the simplest and most natural solutions to common health problems, seem radical. For example, I recently put one of my patients on a 21 day cleansing program, to help her improve her health, lose weight, and feel great! When she told her friends and family what she [...]

Experience as a single mother of two has taught me many things, but the most important thing is that God doesn’t give us more than we can bear. I was thrust into single parenthood after divorce and suddenly had the task of raising two children on my own. In the beginning, I was very apprehensive. [...]

Las Vegas has changed a lot since my father took my brother and me years ago. Gone are the days of the 99 cents, all-you-can-eat-buffets. They have been replaced with high priced buffets that can make your wallet so light that you feel as though you have been a victim of a professional pickpocket, with the only difference being that you actually handed the pickpocket the wallet and told them that they had permission to rob you. Fortunately, there are ways to get around this.
